I wanted to let you all know that I am so impressed with the attention from Missouri furnace over these last 3-4 years. Your company put in a new boiler in 2016, and I have had a series of small problems ever since. Your employees came to check on the issues each time, trying to figure out why there was a leak or a malfunction. Most recently Carl worked on the problem, and he and I texted each morning for a week or two after, to be sure the problem was resolved. Finally, everything seems fine.

The company did not charge for these follow up visits, which I appreciate.
