“My story is long, but I'll keep it short. Hm. Warranty co. tried to take advantage, & Hm. Owners Endorsement would only pay half the replacement cost. After 5 HVAC contractors it was MO. Furnace to the rescue. Bob, the consummate professional is respectful, did a great job, communicated well, & removed the old appliance & debris. The Larger companies simply don't provide this level of service. I pray to never experience another HVAC failure, but if so MO. Furnace/Bob is on speed dial. I despise doing reviews, particularly good ones cause companies notoriously find ways to make you regret it. But I've a confidence in MO.
