giving me the feedback on the results of his various testings of my system – lots of information – even a camera view inside some parts of the furnace! I have paid more for much less! This company was easy to work with each step of the process including: the person on the phone setting up the appointment; the pre-visit emails explaining very clearly what charges could be expected at my appointment; the day of the appointment texting with information about the tech who would be arriving; learning from Nick about the technology he used during my appointment; and finally, getting the very complete post-visit emailed receipt / report – all this made the overall customer experience just great.
