“Thank you again for another great job from Missouri Furnace. This summer, we received some devastating damage to our home. One issue was to the AC system. I knew immediately who to contact for that – Missouri Furnace. I have worked with several members of the Missouri Furnace team over the years, and I can count on them all to be helpful. I’m particularly applauding the crew who showed up to initially inspect and estimate the damage, as well as the crew that came the following week to fix it all, as they all showed up during the 90° heat, and worked tirelessly for hours in a house with no AC, maintaining their trademark positive attitude and professionalism. High fives to Bob, Stirling, Aaron, and Rob for going above and beyond when we needed them.”

“OOur A/C quit working yesterday(FridY). We made an appointment for today(Saturday) We were told a technician would help us afternoon today. Bob phoned at noon to let us know he would be on the way and he arrived a half hour later. We needed a new capacitor and Bo had the job done in 15 minutes. Mfr distribution center was closed on Saturday and Bob tried to replace a failed component on the circuit board but was unable to perform the solder joint successfully. “As the weather has gotten hotter, the AC in my home had been struggling more and more, and our indoor temperature was creeping into the 80s. After some investigation, I realized the outdoor unit was covered in debris and needed a thorough cleaning. I cleaned it myself, but then ran into trouble getting everything back together correctly. After spending several frustrating hours trying to fix it on my own (I even have the cuts on my arm to prove it!), I knew I needed professional help.

Bob was exceptional. His communication, friendliness, knowledge, and expertise immediately stood out. Within just a couple of minutes, he knew exactly what needed to be done and got right to work. He quickly resolved the issue and got everything back up and running.
When the weather is brutally hot and something breaks, you need a team you can trust to get the job done right. I highly recommend Bob and Missouri Furnace and Air Conditioning. I've already saved their number in my phone so I know exactly who to call if I ever need help again.
