“As the weather has gotten hotter, the AC in my home had been struggling more and more, and our indoor temperature was creeping into the 80s. After some investigation, I realized the outdoor unit was covered in debris and needed a thorough cleaning. I cleaned it myself, but then ran into trouble getting everything back together correctly. After spending several frustrating hours trying to fix it on my own (I even have the cuts on my arm to prove it!), I knew I needed professional help.
Since this happened after hours, I had to call an emergency service line and hope for the best. I'll be honest—I contacted 4 or 5 different companies before making a decision. I'm very glad I chose Missouri Furnace and Air Conditioning.
From the start, the experience was outstanding. When I called, I spoke with a real person instead of a prompt or AI service. Bri was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. She took my information, and within 20 minutes Bob called me. About 30 minutes later, he was at my house.
Bob was exceptional. His communication, friendliness, knowledge, and expertise immediately stood out. Within just a couple of minutes, he knew exactly what needed to be done and got right to work. He quickly resolved the issue and got everything back up and running.
When the weather is brutally hot and something breaks, you need a team you can trust to get the job done right. I highly recommend Bob and Missouri Furnace and Air Conditioning. I've already saved their number in my phone so I know exactly who to call if I ever need help again.
