“This was the most thorough Fall Inspection of my 2 furnaces that I can recall. I told Nick no one ever spent the time he did – going through a multi point check on two units- and then
giving me the feedback on the results of his various testings of my system – lots of information – even a camera view inside some parts of the furnace! I have paid more for much less! I should note, this was my first visit, having switched from another company. But as a homeowner since 1979, I've worked with many HVAC companies.
This company was easy to work with each step of the process including: the person on the phone setting up the appointment; the pre-visit emails explaining very clearly what charges could be expected at my appointment; the day of the appointment texting with information about the tech who would be arriving; learning from Nick about the technology he used during my appointment; and finally, getting the very complete post-visit emailed receipt / report – all this made the overall customer experience just great. I am aware each and every one of those customer encounters took extra time and effort to meet a high level of customer service. I'm so glad I did my homework in finding a new HVAC company!”
